     My dear Mr. Hubbard:

     We wish to respectfully call your attention to clause number 4 in the Lease which you have on premises located at the above address, which indicates that “Tenant shall use the premises hereby leased exclusively for a private residence (unless otherwise specified herein)”.

     The volume of cars parked in front of the property, and other conditions, indicates semi-business or professional use, which is prohibited. May we please ask you to refrain from creating any circumstances that would violate the terms of the Lease.
